The first 5 weeks of the drawing residency are spent at DRAWinternational - a research centre for postgraduate art education and professional practice, based in the small medieval village of Caylus in the south-west province of Tarn-et-Garonne, France. The centre was established by John and Grete McNorton, who host the artists at their studios and home, where they have been for the passed 16 years.
